Puppie Love, one of the newest apparel lines in the country is off to a great start. A clothing line with a conscious, Puppie Love donates 10% of its profits to different animal shelters and rescue organizations.   This month’s beneficiary was the Baltimore Humane Society, in Reisterstown , MD.  Puppie love was able to donate $1,000 to the shelter.  “This donation will pay for 10 animals to be adopted,” stated Wendy Goldband, director of marketing and public relations. The Baltimore Humane Society was founded in the early 1900’s by Elsie Seeger Barton.  It sits on 400 acres of rolling countryside.  22 acres is reserved for the shelter and the remainder is a wildlife sanctuary.  “Our Society is 100% privately funded and we rely on donations to stay afloat.  We could not survive without companies like Puppie Love and other private donors, “ according to Wendy.

The Baltimore Humane Society rescues dogs, cats, rabbits and other small animals.  A “No-Kill” shelter, they had over 1,000 dogs find new forever homes in 2016.  Please feel free to read more about this amazing place at www.bmorehumane.org.
