Baltimore, MD. January 9th, 2018

This month we Puppie Love® is partnering with two organizations! We will be donating $5,000 to the Madison-Oglethorpe Animal Shelter, better known as MOAS. They have been in existence since 2002 in Danielsville, GA. MOAS accepts all strays and unwanted dogs and cats from Madison and Oglethorpe County residents. Their mission is to save as many pets as possible while reducing the unwanted pet population through a low-cost spay and neuter clinic operated out of the shelter. The shelter offers many services including a monthly low-cost vaccine clinics, a low-cost spay/neuter program, assistance with trapping and altering feral cats, a community pet food bank, and more!

Without our Puppie Love® customers, we could not make this donation happen. Like most shelters, MOAS relies heavily on donations, especially for their medical cases. They just had a 4 month old Beagle puppy (Nicholas, pictured below) surrendered to them with a broken femur and pelvis (requiring surgery), along with testing positive for Parvo. He is currently at the University of Georgia receiving treatment. They are also treating an 8 Year old Hound (Molly, pictured below) that is Heartworm Positive, needs an FHO surgery, and also ACL surgery. Our Puppie Love customers are helping this organization to continue their mission, which is to save as many lives as possible.
