when I cut the envelope open at the flap after shaking the

I received my wonderful shirt but upon cutting the package open discovered that part of the shirt was caught in the fold of the envelope so when I cut the envelope open at the flap after shaking the shirt down, I had cut through the shirt. The shoulder was caught in the fold of the envelope.
