Decal is adorable! Outer packaging was adorable! Great cause! Ordered one to coordinate with my Puppie Love x Tervis mug I ordered. However. My decal arrived with a *huge* crease In it. Even worse is that It has no sticky to it at all. It felt more like a window cling than a decal. I reached out to customer service & never heard anything back. The saddest part is that I gave a matching one to my best friend. I felt so bad. 1 star added for cuteness. 1 star added For going to a good cause. 2 stars removed for lack of customer service. 1 star removed for the crease & lack of stickiness. I was looking forward to future purchases but now I am very hesitant to.
